D3 Taxation Study Program Public Lecture Activities: International Guest Lecture by ACCA

On Friday, 28 February 2025, the Diploma III Taxation Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University organized an International Taxation Public Lecture online via Zoom Meetings.

This event aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of the Indonesian taxation system for foreign taxpayers, including residency-based taxation, regulations for Foreign Investment Companies (PMA), and tax policies in the digital economy.


The keynote speaker, Mr. Randolfh Kevin Kloer, Director of PMA The Luxe Nomad, shared insights on dividend tax, share sales, Permanent Establishment (PE), and Electronic Transaction Tax (ETT). The event lasted 5 hours and 20 minutes, with interactive sessions allowing participants to discuss and ask questions directly regarding the application of international taxation.
